研究两个早稻品种在3种不同药剂(诱抗剂、植物抗寒剂、ABA)处理下经低温胁迫的若干生理生化效应。低温胁迫下(6℃),药剂诱导水稻幼苗叶片中过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和叶绿素含量升高,细胞粘度增大,游离脯氨酸积累增加,以及叶片电解质渗漏量减少。三种药剂的抗寒效果为诱抗剂优于植物抗寒剂和ABA。
研究兩箇早稻品種在3種不同藥劑(誘抗劑、植物抗寒劑、ABA)處理下經低溫脅迫的若榦生理生化效應。低溫脅迫下(6℃),藥劑誘導水稻幼苗葉片中過氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和葉綠素含量升高,細胞粘度增大,遊離脯氨痠積纍增加,以及葉片電解質滲漏量減少。三種藥劑的抗寒效果為誘抗劑優于植物抗寒劑和ABA。
연구량개조도품충재3충불동약제(유항제、식물항한제、ABA)처리하경저온협박적약간생리생화효응。저온협박하(6℃),약제유도수도유묘협편중과양화물매、초양화물기화매활성화협록소함량승고,세포점도증대,유리포안산적루증가,이급협편전해질삼루량감소。삼충약제적항한효과위유항제우우식물항한제화ABA。
Physiological and biochemical effects of three pharmaceuticals [You KangJi(YKJ), Zhi Wu Kang Han Ji (ZWKHD), ABA] on two early rice varieties were studied under low temperature. It was discovered that under low temperature, in the leaves of chemical-treated rice seedlings, SOD and POD activities and chlorophyll stability increased, cell viscosity enhanced, free proline accumulated and electrolyte leakage decreased. Efficiency of cold resistance induction of YKJ was the best among the three chemical products tested.
