目的研究头孢羟氨苄分散片与颗粒剂的相对生物利用度。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定18名男性健康志愿者单剂量交叉口服500mg头孢羟氨苄分散片与颗粒剂后的血药浓度,计算两者的相对生物利用度。结果头孢羟氨苄分散片与颗粒剂的分别为(1.61±0.26) h和(2.22±0.26)h;药时曲线下面积AUC分别为(60.2±9.79)mg·h/L和(60.7±9.76)mg·h/L;头孢羟氨苄分散片相对生物利用度为(99.3±6.51)%。结论两种制剂具有生物等效性。
目的研究頭孢羥氨芐分散片與顆粒劑的相對生物利用度。方法採用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)測定18名男性健康誌願者單劑量交扠口服500mg頭孢羥氨芐分散片與顆粒劑後的血藥濃度,計算兩者的相對生物利用度。結果頭孢羥氨芐分散片與顆粒劑的分彆為(1.61±0.26) h和(2.22±0.26)h;藥時麯線下麵積AUC分彆為(60.2±9.79)mg·h/L和(60.7±9.76)mg·h/L;頭孢羥氨芐分散片相對生物利用度為(99.3±6.51)%。結論兩種製劑具有生物等效性。
목적연구두포간안변분산편여과립제적상대생물이용도。방법채용고효액상색보법(HPLC)측정18명남성건강지원자단제량교차구복500mg두포간안변분산편여과립제후적혈약농도,계산량자적상대생물이용도。결과두포간안변분산편여과립제적분별위(1.61±0.26) h화(2.22±0.26)h;약시곡선하면적AUC분별위(60.2±9.79)mg·h/L화(60.7±9.76)mg·h/L;두포간안변분산편상대생물이용도위(99.3±6.51)%。결론량충제제구유생물등효성。
Objective To study the relative bioavailability of cefadroxil dispersible tablet and granule. Methods The study was conducted in 18 male healthy volunteers. After single oral dose of 500mg cefadroxil dispersible tablet or granule was given, the blood drug concentrations were deter mined by HPLC and the bioavailability were calculated. Results of two dosages were(1.61±0.44)h and (1.58±0.35)h respectively; were(16.0±2.06)mg/L and (6.4±1.99)rmg/L respectively;were (2. 22±0. 26) h and (2. 22±0. 26) h respectively; AUC were (60.2±9.79)mg·l/L and (60.7±9.76)mg·h/L respectively. The bioavailability of cefadroxil dispersible tablet was(99.3±6.51)%. Conclusion The two dosage forms are bioequivalent.
