课堂教学文化是农村义务教育学校教学改革的核心,也是教师文化的主要表现形式。农村义务教育学校课堂教学文化具有特殊性、情境性、惰性、隐蔽性和滞后性等特点。笔者认为在反思、批判的基础上构建民主平等、互助合作、多元互动的农村义务教育学校课堂教学文化。

Classroom teaching culture is the core of teaching reform of rural compulsory education schools,the main manifestation is also the teacher culture.Rural compulsory education school classroom teaching culture has its particularity,situational,inert,concealment and delay characteristics.The author thinks that in reflection,criticism on the basis of the construction of democracy and equality,mutual cooperation,interaction of the rural compulsory education school classroom teaching culture.
