推进农村土地承包经营向规模经营转变,是落实科学发展观、推进城乡统筹发展、加快农业现代化发展的必然趋势和客观要求.近年来,徐州市作为江苏现代农业规模经营发展最好的地区,根据农村实际,通过规范土地流转,实现农业规模经营,发展规模经营效益型农业,推动了农业产业逐渐向规模化、集约化、专业化生产方向发展.本文通过对徐州市农业规模经营发展现状、时代特点、典型经验、突出问题的分析与研究,为今后走出一条发展农业规模经营、实现农业现代化的道路提出针对性探索与思考.

Enhancing the transfer of the rural land contracted management into large-scale management, are the main direction and objective requests of carrying out scientific development views, pushing town-countryside harmonious de-velopment, advancing agricultural modernization development. In recent several years, in Xuzhou City, as one of the best agricultural large-scale management regions in Jiangsu Province, according to rural current conditions, the agricultural in-dustrialization to large-scale, intensive and specialized production direction was impelled through standardizing the land transfer, realizing the agricultural large-scale management, developing large-scale and profitable agricultural production. In this paper, Xuzhou agricultural large-scale developmental actuality, characteristics of the times, typical experiences and important problems were analyzed and discussed, and some pertinent thoughts and suggestion of developing agricultural large-scale management and realizing agricultural modernization were put forward.
