目的研究棉纺厂中高强度噪声对作业人员听力的影响.方法对茂名市某棉纺厂工作场所进行卫生学调查及对195名接触噪声工作人员的听力进行分析,并与108名对照组人员进行比较.结果作业场所共检测110个噪声点,噪声强度为80.1～96.0(85.3±2.6)dB(A),其中有42个点超过国家标准,超标率为38.2%,作业人员听力损失为26.2%,明显高于对照组的5.6%(P<0.01),并且听力损伤随接触噪声工龄的增加而增加.结论棉纺厂作业人员在该作业环境下工作,听力有明显损失.

Objective To explore the effect of high intensity noise on the hearing in the workers in a cotton spinning mill. Methods A hygienic survey on the workplaces in a cotton mill was conducted. The results of hearing examination on 195 workers exposed to the noisy environment were compared with those from 108 controls. Results A total of 110 noisy spots were detected, whose intensity ranged from 80.1 to 96.0 dB, with an average of (85.3 ± 2.6) dB. 42 detected spots (38.2%) exceeded the national hygienic standards. The incidence of hearing loss was significantly higher in the workers exposed to the noisy environment than in the controls (26.2% vs. 5.6%, P<0.01); and the degree of hearing loss increased with the length of the exposure time. Conclusions The workers exposed to such a noisy environment in the cotton spinning mill have a marked hearing loss.
