目的 探讨血清脂联素及C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉平均内膜中层厚度(IMT)的相关性.方法 测定89例2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉平均IMT、血清脂联素、(hs)CRP及其他生化指标,按颈总动脉平均IMT将患者分为内膜正常组、内膜增厚组、斑块形成组、管腔狭窄组,比较各组间血清脂联素、(hs)CRP水平.对颈总动脉内膜异常患者,采用多元回归分析,统计颈总动脉IMT和血清脂联素、(hs)CRP之间的关系.结果 内膜正常组、内膜增厚组、斑块形成组、管腔狭窄组各组间血清脂联素水平逐渐降低,(hs)CRP水平逐渐增高,4组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05).动脉硬化组中颈总动脉IMT与血清脂联素旱负相关(P<0.01)、与(hs)CRP呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 血清脂联素、(hs)CRP可能与2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉IMT的增厚有关,提示2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素与(hs)CRP可协助诊断冠心病.

목적 탐토혈청지련소급C반응단백여2형당뇨병환자경동맥평균내막중층후도(IMT)적상관성.방법 측정89례2형당뇨병환자경총동맥평균IMT、혈청지련소、(hs)CRP급기타생화지표,안경총동맥평균IMT장환자분위내막정상조、내막증후조、반괴형성조、관강협착조,비교각조간혈청지련소、(hs)CRP수평.대경총동맥내막이상환자,채용다원회귀분석,통계경총동맥IMT화혈청지련소、(hs)CRP지간적관계.결과 내막정상조、내막증후조、반괴형성조、관강협착조각조간혈청지련소수평축점강저,(hs)CRP수평축점증고,4조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01,P<0.05).동맥경화조중경총동맥IMT여혈청지련소한부상관(P<0.01)、여(hs)CRP정정상관(P<0.05).결론 혈청지련소、(hs)CRP가능여2형당뇨병환자경총동맥IMT적증후유관,제시2형당뇨병환자혈청지련소여(hs)CRP가협조진단관심병.
Objective To observe the association of intima-media thickness of common carotid artery with the level of serum adiponectin and C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 89 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) were measured for carotid artery average IMT and the level of serum adiponectin and C-reactive protein.They were divided into the normal group,intima thicking group,the plaque shaping group and the vascular stenosis group.In the abnormal groups,probable risk factors were analysed by multiple stepwise regression.Results There were significantly differences among these groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Each group was significantly difference from another group(P<0.01,0.05).In the abnormal groups,there was independent relationship of common carotid artery IMT with the level of serum adiponectin and C-reactive protein.Conclusion The serum adiponectin and C-reactive protein were risk factors of thickened IMT in type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).The results suggest the level of serum adiponoctin and C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetic patients may be used as a reference index for the prediction of coronary artery disease.
