根据已报道的番茄Pto基因家族成员之一LescPtoF基因的序列特征设计引物,通过PCR扩增从3个感病番茄品种中获得3个同源序列.Blast结果表明其中两个序列和报道基因完全一致,另外一个和报道基因的序列相似性为99%,表明感病番茄品种中也存有LescPtoF基因的同源序列.

Two specific primers were synthesized based on the published sequence of the tomato gene LescPtoF.Three sequences were determined for three susceptible tomato varieties by PCR.Blast results showed two of them had the same sequences as the reported classical LescPtoF,and its identity with other sequences was 99%.All these indicated that the susceptible tomato varieties might have the homologous sequence of the resistance geue.
