数字重建放射影像在放射治疗计划系统中广泛应用,有多种实现方法,ITK是开源的图像分析和处理的开发包,广泛应用于医学图像处理等领域;文章在讨论DRR图像的基本原理基础上,介绍了一种基于ITK的数字重建影像成像算法,并将该算法应用于自主开发的精确放疗系统,效果良好.

Digitally reconstructed radiograph(DRR) is widely applied in the radiation treatment plan-ning system(TPS),and there are many methods to realize it,.The insight segmentation and registra-tion toolkit(ITK) is an open-source SDK for image analysis and image processing and is widely used in medical image processing.Based on the discussion of DRR image's basic theory,the paper introduces an ITK based DRR reconstruction algorithm,which is applied to the self-developed accurate radiother-apy system.The results show the algorithm is feasible and effective.
