为了更好地完成电源模块和UPS的实时远程监控任务,提出了一种基于嵌入式计算技术和TCP/IP协议的解决方案,主要阐述了电源和UPS监控网络中节点机硬件系统的设计及实现;节点机硬件系统主要由以下几个部分构成:ARM9微处理器S3C2410A和SDRAM组成的核心模块,存放系统软件和用户数据的存储模块,以MAX485E等器件组成的RS-485总线收发模块,以CS8900A组成的以太网接口模块,彩色LCD显示模块和触摸屏幕输入模块;通过RS-485总线,节点机理论上的最大负载为127台智能电源或智能UPS终端;实验测试表明,节点机在整个监控系统中工作正确,实现了对31台终端的实时远程监控.

In order to realize the duty better of real-time monitoring and control of power module and UPS in unattended application field in distance, a solution based on embedded system TCP/IP is presented. What is discussed in detail is the hardware design and realization of net node in remote monitoring and control network. The hardware components of the net node include: kernel part consist of microprocessor S3C2410A based on ARM9 and SDRAM, memory module used to store system software and user data, RS-485 bus transceiver based on chip MAX485E, ethernet interface module based on chip CS8900A, color LCD display module and touchscreen module etc. Theoretically, the net node can drive up to 127 intelligent power module or UPS terminals through RS-485 bus. Experiments suggest that the designed net node works correctly in the whole supervising system, and achieves real-time monitoring and controlling of 31 remote terminals.
