[目的]对宁夏六盘山区黄牛杂交改良群体生长激素受体(GHR)基因的多态性进行分析,为宁夏黄牛杂交改良选育提供理论参考.[方法]采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP),对该群体70个个体的GHR基因多态性进行检测.[结果]扩增出338bp的目的片段,PCR产物被限制性内切酶Alu I消化后表现出多态性,其中AA基因型频率为75.71%;BB基因型频率为24.29%.[结论]共检测到AA和BB 2种基因型,六盘山区黄牛杂交改良群体GHR基因具有多态性.
[目的]對寧夏六盤山區黃牛雜交改良群體生長激素受體(GHR)基因的多態性進行分析,為寧夏黃牛雜交改良選育提供理論參攷.[方法]採用聚閤酶鏈式反應-限製性片段長度多態性方法(PCR-RFLP),對該群體70箇箇體的GHR基因多態性進行檢測.[結果]擴增齣338bp的目的片段,PCR產物被限製性內切酶Alu I消化後錶現齣多態性,其中AA基因型頻率為75.71%;BB基因型頻率為24.29%.[結論]共檢測到AA和BB 2種基因型,六盤山區黃牛雜交改良群體GHR基因具有多態性.

[Objective] The paper aimed to analyze the polymorphism of the growth hormone receptor (GHR) in improved hybrid yellow cattle group from Liupan Mountain area in Ningxia Autonomous Region, so as to provide technological basis for hybrid improvement. [Method] Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms (PCR-RFLP) technology was carried out to examine polymorphisms of GHR gene of 70individuals. [Result] The target fragment of 338 bp was amplified. The PCR product digested by restriction enzyme Alu I showed polymorphisms.The frequencies of the two genotypes ( AA, BB) were 75.71% (53 individuals) and 24.29% ( 17 individuals ), respectively. [Conclusion] Two genotypes of GHR gene were detected in improved hybrid yellow cattle groups from Liupan Mountain area in Ningxia.
