目的 应用免散瞳眼底照相联合Auto CAD绘图软件测量黄斑中心凹-视盘中心夹角度数(forea-disc angle,FDA),探讨该技术在测量客观旋转斜视角方面的可行性.方法 选取门诊160例(320只眼)非斜视受试者,根据年龄分为<20岁,~40岁,>40岁3组,行免散瞳眼底照相后图片导入Auto CAD软件中测量FDA值,2眼所测夹角之和即为受检者总的旋转斜视角,应用SPSS17.0统计软件分析不同年龄、性别及左右眼之间的差异.结果 所有160例受检者眼底照相经分析,FDA为左眼(5.75±1.84)°,右眼(7.18±2.02)°,双眼差值为(1.43±1.20)°,双眼总FDA为(12.9±3.68)°.各年龄组FDA差异无统计学意义,不同性别者FDA对比差异无统计学意义.结论 免散瞳眼底照相联合Auto CAD软件作为一种客观测量旋转斜视角的方法,能有效测量FDA且可信度较高.

Objective To explore the teasibility of non-mydriatic fundus photography combining Auto CAD software in measuring objective angle of rotatory strabismus using forea-disc angle (FDA) measure method. Methods Three hundred and twenty eyes of 160 non-strabismus subjects in our hospital were divided into 3 groups according to ages:<20 years old,20-40 years old and >40 years old.All fundus photographs of 160 subjects were collected with non-mydriatic fundus photography application.Auto CAD software was used to measure FDA.The sum of total angle of two eyes was the objective angle of rotatory strabismus.SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze age-related difference,gender related difference and binocular difference. Results Through analysis,FDA in left eye was 5.75°±1.84°,the one in right eye was 7.18°±2.02°,binocular difference of FDA was 1.43°±1.20°,binocular total FDA was 12.9°±3.68°.There was no significant difference in different age-related groups and no significant difference between two eyes. Conclusions As one kind of method in measuring objective rotatory strabismus angle,non-mydriatic fundus photography combining Auto CAD software is effective and trustworthy in measuring FDA.
