目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床效果.方法 122例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各61例,观察组给予锁定加压钢板开放固定手术治疗,对照组给予单纯石膏外固定治疗,观察比较治疗效果.结果观察组患者均顺利康复,术后无严重并发症,功能恢复良好,Cooney评分优良率达到91.8％,与对照组比较存在明显差异(P＜0.05).结论 LCP治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折,临床效果好,安全性高,对于恢复患者生活质量具有重要意义,值得临床考虑.
목적 탐토쇄정가압강판치료뇨골원단불은정성골절적림상효과.방법 122례뇨골원단불은정골절환자작위연구대상,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,각61례,관찰조급여쇄정가압강판개방고정수술치료,대조조급여단순석고외고정치료,관찰비교치료효과.결과 관찰조환자균순리강복,술후무엄중병발증,공능회복량호,Cooney평분우량솔체도91.8％,여대조조비교존재명현차이(P＜0.05).결론 LCP치료뇨골원단불은정골절,림상효과호,안전성고,대우회복환자생활질량구유중요의의,치득림상고필.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of unstable distal radial fractures with locking compression plate ( LCP ).Methods 122 patients with unstable distal radial fractures who were used as study subjects were randomly assigned to a study group or a control group,61 for each group.The study group underwent open reduction and internal fixation with use of locking compression plate,whereas the control group received simple plaster external fixation.The efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results In the study group, all the patients recovered smoothly and had no severe postoperative complications with good functional recovery and a rate of91.8％ for Cooney score;as compared with the patients in the control group, there were significant differences ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Locking compression plate for unstable distal radial fractures is efficacious and safe and plays an important role in improvement in quality of life.It is worth applying clinically.
