Toll样受体(TLR)是Ⅰ型跨膜受体,在天然免疫和获得性免疫反应中发挥重要作用,近年来被认为是天然免疫系统中的关键受体.TLR通过识别外源性、内源性配体激活天然免疫;同时诱导产生的多种细胞因子是影响初始T细胞分化的关键因素,TLR异常活化可引起Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg细胞功能失衡,从而导致自身免疫性疾病发生.

Toll-like receptors(TLRs), as the family members of type Ⅰ transmembrane receptors, play a pivotal role in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Recently, TLRs are believed to be the cntical receptors in innate immunity . Innate immunity activated by the recognition of exogenous or endogenous by TLRs induces multiple cytokines that is the key factor to affect differentiation of naive T cells. Abnormal activation of TLIRs may cause the functional imbalance of Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg, resulting in the occurence of autoimmune disease.
