以膨润土为载体,钛酸丁酯和硝酸铜为原料,采用溶胶.凝胶法制备铜掺杂TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂,在可见光灯照射下,通过直接天蓝溶液的降解反应,考察Cu掺杂量、焙烧温度、溶液初始pH值、催化剂投入量对光催化活性影响.实验结果表明,选用铜掺杂量为1.0%,焙烧温度在500℃下得到的Cu-TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂,在直接天蓝溶液(50mg/L)pH值为3,催化剂投入量为5g/L时,其光催化活性达到最佳效果.

Copper doping TiO2/bentonite composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method with bentonite, Ti(OC4H9)4 and Cu(NO3)2. Under the visible light, by using direct sky blue to be degraded, the effects of catalyst loading, the amount of copper dope, calcination temperature and the initial pH values of solution were studied on the photocataltic activity of the composites. The results showed that: using the Cu-TiO2/bentonite dopped with 1.0% of copper and caleinated under 500℃ as the catalyst, when the pH value of the direct sky blue solution(50mg/L) was 3, the dosage of the catalyst was 5g/L, its photocatalystic activity was the best.
