在档案实体分类中,仍然有许多高职院校存在不按国家规范分类、不制定本校档案分类方案、档案实体分类不科学等问题,影响了档案的整理、保管和利用工作.高职院校要根据自身档案形成的特点,严格执行国家有关档案分类的规定,制定切实可行的档案分类方案,对档案进行科学分类,便于档案的管理和查找利用,更好地服务于学校各项工作.

In the entity classification of files at higher vocational colleges, there are still some problems existing in many colleges: files are not classified according to national norms; a classification scheme has not been worked out; the entity files have not been scientifically classified. The problems have affected the collation, storage and use of the files. On the basis of the characteristics of their own files, the vocational colleges should strictly implement the relevant provisions of the national classification of the files, and develop practical programs of file classification and classify files scientifically so that it would be convenient to the management and use of the files and better serve the work of colleges as well.
