通过在100 ℃和126 ℃下灭菌及堆积发酵等处理的含87%棉籽壳的培养料来栽培平菇,然后测定平菇子实体中棉酚的含量,结果发现棉酚含量均在国家安全标准(≦0.02%即200 mg/kg)以内,其中以堆积发酵18 d的培养料栽培得到的平菇子实体棉酚含量最低,只有24.00 mg/kg.

Gossypol levels were determined in Pleurotus ostreatus fruit bodies grown on a substrate containing 87% cotton seed hulls that had been fermented for 18 d, or fermented for 3 d and then sterilized by autoclaving at 100 ℃ for either 240 or 600 min or at 126 ℃ for either 20 or 40 min. All samples contained gossypol levels that were below the National Security Standard (≦0.02%; 200 mg/kg), with the lowest value (24.0 mg/kg) recorded in fruit bodies grown on the substrate that had been fermented for 18 days.
