目的:揭示冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸在冬凌草植株内空间积累的动态规律.方法:用高效液相色谱法测定冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸的含量.结果:在同一株植物内,从上到下随着叶位及节问的降低,冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸的含量也逐渐降低.结论:本结果为确定冬凌草的最佳采收部位提供了依据.

목적:게시동릉초갑소、미질향산재동릉초식주내공간적루적동태규률.방법:용고효액상색보법측정동릉초갑소、미질향산적함량.결과:재동일주식물내,종상도하수착협위급절문적강저,동릉초갑소、미질향산적함량야축점강저.결론:본결과위학정동릉초적최가채수부위제공료의거.
Objective: To explore the content of oridonin and rosmarinie acid in the leaves and stem of rabdosia rubesens (Henmsl.) Hara at different leaves and stem positions. Methods: The content of oridonin and rosmarinie acid was deter-mined by HPLC. Results: The content of oridonin and rosmarinie acid declined from top to bottom with the decrease of leaves and stem growth in the same plant. Conclusion: The results may provide references of the best fractions for collect-ing the rabdosia rubesens (Henmsl.) Hara.
