目的了解德胜社区卫生服务中心收治住院患者的疾病谱构成、年龄构成、疾病转归等情况,为今后工作提供参考.方法收集德胜社区卫生服务中心2004-2007年收治住院患者的资料,共有1 307人次,对其疾病谱、性别、职业及疾病转归等情况进行统计分析.结果 2004-2007年住院患者的主要病因中,循环系统疾病居首位,其次为呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、消化系统疾病和内分泌系统疾病;病种以心脑血管疾病、慢性支气管炎为主.患者以老年人口为主,50岁及以上者占总病例数的95.2%,60岁及以上者占总病例数的86.5%;职业以离退休人员和无职业者为主.治愈好转率平均为80.3%,病死率平均为9.1%,总转院率为8.2%,自动出院率为2.3%.结论近几年德胜社区卫生服务中心收治的疾病病种较多,以心脑血管疾病、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病较多,所以应加强这些疾病的防治,提高全科医师对这些疾病的诊疗水平.

Objective To learn the inpatients' conditions of disease spectrum,age constituent ratio,outcome of disease in community health service (CHS) centers of Desheng district of Beijing,in order to provide a reference to future work.Methods The data of 1 307 inpatients hospitalized in CHS centers of Desheng district of Beijing from 2004 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed about the conditions of disease spectrum,gender and occupation of patient,and outcome of disease.Results The inpatients' diseases were mainly of circulatory system,flowed by respiratory,tumor,digestive and endocrine systems. The cardiocerebrovascular diseases and chronic bronchitis were most common. The patients were mostly old,with those more than 50 years old accounting for 95.2%,and those more than 60 accounting for 86.5%. Most of them were retired or unemployed. The average curing and improved rate was 80.3%,and the average mortality rate was 9.1%,the total transfer rate was 8.2%,and auto-discharge rate was 2.3%. Conclusion The diseases treated in CHS centers of Desheng district are of various kinds,with cardiocerebrovascular diseases,chronic bronchitis and diabetes mellitus being the most. So the prevention and treatment of these diseases should be enhanced,and the general practitioners' medical skills on these diseases should be improved.
