运用普通灰色关联度、灰色绝对关联度、灰色相对关联度的理论,综合分析了某铁矿山企业安全生产中影响事故伤亡率的4大因素：职工安全培训率、岗位变化率、安全管理水平、安全投资.各种灰色关联度分别从不同的侧面刻画了该矿山企业安全生产的现状.通过对计算结果的综合分析,找出了影响该矿山企业安全生产的主导因素,即岗位变化率,而与安全投资的关系不大.因此,尽量减少职工岗位变动,稳定职工队伍,是该企业安全生产中应该注意的重要问题.

This paper analysis the safety production 4 factors of the accident injuries and deaths in the mine enterprise based on the theory of grey incidence degree,absolute degree of incidence,relative degree of incidence.These are safety train ratio of the workers,the post change ratio,the safety management level and the safety invest.These degrees of grey incidence describe tile safety present situation of the mine enterprise in the many respect.It discovered the leading factors of the safety production in the mine enterprise,pass through the synthesize analysis.It is the post change rati.The safety invest is not importment.For this reason,reduce the post change,steady the worker ranks,it is the importment problem of safety production in this enterprise.
