Vocabulary memorization is the focus and of great importance in foreign language teaching. Memorization theories in psycholinguistics will enable the English teachers to comprehend the process of vocabulary memorization, change the vocabulary teaching methods and help the foreign language learners to improve their vocabulary capacity.
