目的 研究外终丝内结构成分,探讨外终丝室管膜瘤的发病原因.方法 切除10例正常胎儿的外终丝,置于光镜和透射电镜观察.结果 正常胎儿外终丝主要由纤维组织组成,可见钙化及神经节细胞等神经组织,未见室管膜细胞.结论 正常胎儿外终丝不存在室管膜细胞；骶骨内室管膜瘤可能起源于异位的室管膜细胞.

목적 연구외종사내결구성분,탐토외종사실관막류적발병원인.방법 절제10례정상태인적외종사,치우광경화투사전경관찰.결과 정상태인외종사주요유섬유조직조성,가견개화급신경절세포등신경조직,미견실관막세포.결론 정상태인외종사불존재실관막세포；저골내실관막류가능기원우이위적실관막세포.
Objective To explore the pathogenesis of filum terminale externum ependymoma,the ultrastructure of filum terminale externum will be studied on.Method Ten fila from normal fetuses were removed,the transverse and longitudinal sections were respectively submitted for light and electron microscopy analysis.Results Filum terminale externum from normal fetuses mainly composed of fibrous tissue,calcification and ganglion cells.No ependymal cells were found.Conclusions There is no ependymal cell within filum terminale;sacral ependymoma probably originated in ectopic ependymal cells.
