以纯度为96%的α-桐酸作为对照,考察了从桐油中经NARP-HPLC分离得到的3组含共轭亚麻酸的甘油三酯对人体肿瘤细胞株ECA-109 (食管癌)、SGC-7901(胃癌)、Bel-7402(肝癌)、LS-174-T(结肠癌)、KB(口腔癌)和正常细胞株 L02(肝细胞)的细胞毒性.结果发现α-桐酸对KB、Bel-7402和SGC-7901细胞的毒性明显弱于3组含共轭亚麻酸的甘油三酯.结果提示,除了α-桐酸的共轭三烯结构是桐油甘油三酯的细胞毒性的物质基础之外,含共轭亚麻酸的甘油三酯的分子结构对其抗肿瘤功效也有重要贡献.
以純度為96%的α-桐痠作為對照,攷察瞭從桐油中經NARP-HPLC分離得到的3組含共軛亞痳痠的甘油三酯對人體腫瘤細胞株ECA-109 (食管癌)、SGC-7901(胃癌)、Bel-7402(肝癌)、LS-174-T(結腸癌)、KB(口腔癌)和正常細胞株 L02(肝細胞)的細胞毒性.結果髮現α-桐痠對KB、Bel-7402和SGC-7901細胞的毒性明顯弱于3組含共軛亞痳痠的甘油三酯.結果提示,除瞭α-桐痠的共軛三烯結構是桐油甘油三酯的細胞毒性的物質基礎之外,含共軛亞痳痠的甘油三酯的分子結構對其抗腫瘤功效也有重要貢獻.

The cytotoxic effects of three groups of triacylglycerols containing conjugated linolenic acid which were isolated from tung oil by NARP-HPLC on five human tumor cell lines including ECA-109 (esophageal carcinoma), SGC-7901 (carcinoma ventriculi), Bel-7402 (hepatoma), LS-174-T (colon carcinoma), KB (mouth epidermal carcinoma), and human normal cell line L02 (liver cell) were investigated,and α-eleostearic acid with a purity of 96% was used as control.The results showed that α-eleostearic acid showed weaker cytotoxicity than three groups of triacylglycerols for KB, Bel-7402, SGC-7901 cell lines. The cytotoxic effect of α-eleostearic acid and triacylglycerols of tung oil against human tumor cells may be attributable to conjugated trienoic structure.The study suggested that molecular structures of triacylglycerols containing conjugated linolenic acids were important for their cytotoxicity to human tumor cells.
