Gossypol%Physico-chemical property%Stability
目的 在临床前研究中,考察棉酚原料药的理化性质和稳定性.方法 采用红外光谱图、薄层色谱法(IR、TLC)等方法进行理化鉴别,以相关评价指标为依据考察棉酚的稳定性.结果 研究方法操作简便、灵敏度和准确度高、重复性好.结论 棉酚对高热、光照、高湿均不稳定.
目的 在臨床前研究中,攷察棉酚原料藥的理化性質和穩定性.方法 採用紅外光譜圖、薄層色譜法(IR、TLC)等方法進行理化鑒彆,以相關評價指標為依據攷察棉酚的穩定性.結果 研究方法操作簡便、靈敏度和準確度高、重複性好.結論 棉酚對高熱、光照、高濕均不穩定.
목적 재림상전연구중,고찰면분원료약적이화성질화은정성.방법 채용홍외광보도、박층색보법(IR、TLC)등방법진행이화감별,이상관평개지표위의거고찰면분적은정성.결과 연구방법조작간편、령민도화준학도고、중복성호.결론 면분대고열、광조、고습균불은정.
Objective To investigate the physico-chemical property and stability of Gossypol.Methods IR and TLC methods were used to identify the characterization,and the stability was investigated on the base of correlated evaluation index.Results The method was convenient,sensitive,accurate and repeatable.Conclusion The stability test showed that Gossypol is unstable under the high fever,light and humidity.
