使用计算流体力学程序和专用的MHD程序,对聚变裂变混合堆双冷嬗变包层中的液态金属锂铅进行数值模拟,依据结构设计、热工水力学参数和中子学计算参数,对相应包层中液态金属锂铅在三维效应作用下的压降进行分析计算,并对包层模块关键部位进行数值模拟,给出锂铅局部的速度场和压力分布,同时计算模拟不同电导率比值对锂铅速度的影响.依据速度场和压力分布的模拟结果,对双冷嬗变包层设计方案在等离子体稳态运行条件下可行性进行分析.

The dual-cooled waste transmutation (DWT) blanket has been proposed to transmute long-lived nuclear waste,to breed nuclear fuels such as tritium and plutonium and to generate energy.The special magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) problems of liquid metal LiPb flow in the DWT blanket are caused in the "banana shape" blanket module.The MHD effects of liquid metal LiPb fluid have been simulated and analyzed by using computation fluid dynamics (CFD) code added MHD user subroutine. The velocity profile and pressure distribution of LiPb flow in bend channels have been presented.The effect of wall conductance ratio of wall on flow velocity is analyzed.These results may be used as a reference for thermal -hydraulics and structure design of the DWT blanket.
