研究了茶多酚乙醇水溶液提取过程中各因素对提取率的影响,确定最优工艺条件为:乙醇质量分数50%,溶剂用量7 ml/g,提取温度60℃,提取时间35 min。通过冷、热模放大实验得出,茶多酚提取为内扩散过程,按临界悬浮转速放大是比较理想的放大方法。

The effects of different factors on the extraction of tea-polyphenols were studied by using mixed solvent composed of alcohol and water.The optimal conditions were mass percentage of alcohol 50%,solvent 7 ml/g,extracting temperature 60℃,and extracting time 35 min.The results show that the process is controlled by interior diffusion and critical suspension speed is an ideal magnification method.
