系统研究了萘系和磺化三聚氰胺系两种不同类型减水剂对石膏水化进程、宏观性能和硬化体微结构的影响,以及不同的减水剂掺法对脱硫石膏性能的影响.根据性能测试结果,探讨了减水剂的作用原理,明确了减水剂的使用范围和使用方法,为石膏减水剂的开发和合理应用提供参考.

The influences of two kinds of water-reducing agents Naphthalene (FDN) and Sulfonated Melamine (SM) on the hydration, macro-senpic performance and microscopic structure of FGD gypsum, and the influences of the different adding methods of water-reducing agents on the per-fermances of FGD gypsum are analyzed systematically.According to the testing results ,the action mechanism of various water-reducing agents is also probed into,the application range and method of water-agents are determined .All above-mentioned work can provide reference to the development and reasonable application for the water-reducing agents used in FGD gypsum cementing material.
