为了消除华北油田注聚合物驱和聚合物凝胶调驱油藏采出液中聚合物对现场破乳脱水及污水处理造成的影响.基于采出液中聚合物浓度的不同,通过室内研究,确定了聚合物处理剂的基本配方.基本配方适应温度范围30~60℃,反应时间0.5~1 h,可使不同浓度、不同类型的聚合物溶液黏度降低至接近水的黏度(同等试验条件下水的黏度为3.0 mPa·s),对油品性质不敏感,具有广谱性,在不改变现场用破乳剂的情况下,可有效提高采出液的破乳脱水及污水处理效果,对现场设备腐蚀性较小.该聚合物处理剂已在现场获得应用.
為瞭消除華北油田註聚閤物驅和聚閤物凝膠調驅油藏採齣液中聚閤物對現場破乳脫水及汙水處理造成的影響.基于採齣液中聚閤物濃度的不同,通過室內研究,確定瞭聚閤物處理劑的基本配方.基本配方適應溫度範圍30~60℃,反應時間0.5~1 h,可使不同濃度、不同類型的聚閤物溶液黏度降低至接近水的黏度(同等試驗條件下水的黏度為3.0 mPa·s),對油品性質不敏感,具有廣譜性,在不改變現場用破乳劑的情況下,可有效提高採齣液的破乳脫水及汙水處理效果,對現場設備腐蝕性較小.該聚閤物處理劑已在現場穫得應用.

In order to remove affection produced by polymer in the produced fluid to emulsification, dehydration and sewage treatment production stream in well site through injecting polymer and polymer gel profile control in HuaBei Oilfield. Based on different densities' of polymer in the produced fluid, through studying of the laboratory, has researched the influence rule of polymer content to demulsification and dehydration, and has determined the essential formula of polymer treating agent. The essential formula can adapt to 30 -60℃ and react 0. 5-1 h. Using it can make the polymer solution viscosity reduce and nearly reach to the water viscosity (water viscosity is 3. 0 mPa·s under the same condition) regardless different densities' and types of polymer. It is insensitive to the oil quality so that it can use extensively. It can enhance well demulsification and dehydration and sewage treating effect of produced fluid and has weak corrosiveness to the equipments in the field if haven't changed the e-mulsion breaker.This polymer treating agent has already applied in field.
