长庆油田受地形地貌影响,经常需要进行三维水平井施工.对于靶前距不长的中半径水平井,较大的偏移距给钻井施工带来风险.为减少这种施工风险,通过对长庆油田环平3水平井的研究,分析三维水平井轨迹控制特征,改变只在斜井段进行轨迹控制的传统模式,在直井段使用适当的钻具结构进行三维轨迹控制,使在井斜角很小时完成部分轨迹控制,避免了在大井斜井段既要增斜又要大范围扭方位的矛盾,降低了水平井施工风险,从而使水平井井眼轨迹更加平滑,井身质量得到可靠保证,钻井速度得到提高.该技术在长庆油田水平井中推广应用取得了较好的效果.

Affected by the topography, 3D horizontal well drilling is usally required to be applied to Changqing Oilfield. For the medim-radius horizontal well, a long offset may bring about risks for horizontal drilling. To reduce the risck, Huanping-3 horizontal well is studied, and the trajectory control characteristics are analyzed. The traditional model that trajectory control is only conducted in inclined shaft is changed, BHA appropriate for 3D trajectory control is used in vertical well, so part of trajectory control is completed when the deviation angle is small. This avoids the conflicts between building-up and turning-direction in the high-angle well, decreases the risks in horizontal well drilling, makes the trajectory more smooth, ensures wellbore quality, and improves drilling speed. The theol-ogy has been widely applied in Changqing Oilfield, and acquired good achievements.
