利用芳纶纤维对碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料进行缝合,研究了缝合密度、缝合方向和缝合线直径等缝合参数对复合材料拉伸性能、弯曲性能和层间剪切性能的影响.结果表明,缝合密度和缝合方向对材料性能影响较大,材料经缝合后拉伸性能和弯曲性能下降,层间剪切性能提高.
利用芳綸纖維對碳纖維增彊環氧樹脂複閤材料進行縫閤,研究瞭縫閤密度、縫閤方嚮和縫閤線直徑等縫閤參數對複閤材料拉伸性能、彎麯性能和層間剪切性能的影響.結果錶明,縫閤密度和縫閤方嚮對材料性能影響較大,材料經縫閤後拉伸性能和彎麯性能下降,層間剪切性能提高.

Kevlar fiber was used to stitch the carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin. The effects of stitching parameters such as stitching density, stitching direction and stitching threads on tensile property, bending property and interlaminar shear property of composites were studied. Results indicated that stitching direction and stitching density played important roles in the affecting the properties of composites. After being stitched, tensile property and bending property of composites were weakened, however, interlaminar shear property was strengthened.
