Taking one multipurpose card as an organic part of the integrated management information system for Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute (YRSRI), the authors employ the unified coding rule, on the basis of data center and certificated authority on the network, to realize uniform identity authentication, integrate data resource and optimize business process. The technology research achievements, such as the technical route of the multipurpose cad system, deice assignment, device operation mode and operation safety guarantee, are described mainly form the overview of the engineering design.
