通过宏观检验、微观检验、显微硬度测定及化学成分分析等方法,对45钢搬手头产生裂纹的原因进行分析.结果表明,搬手头内六方处的裂纹,是尖角效应引起应力集中而产生的应力集中裂纹;垂直于轴线的裂纹是因为淬火快速冷却时.厚壁处未淬透以及截面尺寸突变产生的弧形裂纹.

Through macroscopic methods, microscopic examination, micro hardness measurement and chemical composition analysis, the reason of quenched crack of 45 steel move-on-hand was analyzed. The results show that the crack of the department within the six-party of the move-on-hand is caused by stress concentration on the acute angle effect. Crack perpendicular to the axis is caused on too rapid quench cooling, non-hardenability of the thick-walled department, as well as mutation of cross-section size. This is a typical arc-shaped crack.
