　　为解决高校传统招生咨询中存在的问题，给出了基于云呼叫中心的高校招生咨询系统总体框架，对系统的主要功能模块进行了详细设计。该系统的应用将大大降低高校建设招生咨询呼叫中心的成本，提升学校招生咨询服务能力，同时能较好地解决系统数据的安全性和保密性问题。
