通过添加N/P营养、酶激活剂、表面活性剂和螯合剂等来研究化学助剂对菌群RAMCD407脱除苎麻韧皮胶质的影响,结果表明:单独添加0.2%的MgSO4(酶激活剂)、1%的EDTA(螯合剂)及0.1%的油酸钠(表面活性剂)可使脱胶时间分别缩短2 h、6 h和3 h,但是添加NH_4HCO_3和K_2HPO_4形式的N/P 营养对脱胶效果没有明显影响,而"0.1% MgSO_4-0.7% EDTA二钠-0.05%油酸钠"组合助剂可将脱胶时间由18 h缩短到7 h.

The capabilities of N/P nutrition, enzyme activator, surfactant and chelator to help bacterial consortium RAMCD407 for degumming ramie fiber were investigated. The results showed that 0.2% MgSO_4, 1% sodium EDTA and 0.1% sodium oleate reduced degumming time from 18 h to 16 h, 12h and 15h respectively. And the optimized reagent combination of 0.1% MgSO_4, 0.7% sodium EDTA and 0.05% sodium oleate reduced the degumming time from 18 h to 7 h, while NH_4HCO_3 and K_2HPO_4 had no positive effects on ramie microbial retting.
