目的：初步研究灯盏乙素体外对胃癌细胞的抑制。方法：采用二甲基噻唑二苯基四唑嗅盐（MTT）法测定不同浓度的灯盏乙素对胃癌细胞SGC-7901、BGC-823的抑制作用。结果：灯盏乙素在1mg／mL时，对胃癌细胞SGC-7901有抑制作用，抑制率为47．07％，且抑制作用与药物浓度呈正相关；灯盏乙素在1mg/ml。时，对胃癌细胞BGC-823无抑制作用。结论：灯盏乙素对胃癌细胞SGC-7901有抑制作用，对BGC-823无抑制作用。
목적：초보연구등잔을소체외대위암세포적억제。방법：채용이갑기새서이분기사서후염（MTT）법측정불동농도적등잔을소대위암세포SGC-7901、BGC-823적억제작용。결과：등잔을소재1mg／mL시，대위암세포SGC-7901유억제작용，억제솔위47．07％，차억제작용여약물농도정정상관；등잔을소재1mg/ml。시，대위암세포BGC-823무억제작용。결론：등잔을소대위암세포SGC-7901유억제작용，대BGC-823무억제작용。
Objective： To study preliminarily the effect of anti-tumor activity of Scutellarin-7-o-glucuronide on gastric cancer cell lines. Methods： MTT assay was applied to investigate the inhibitoly effect of Scutellarin-7-o-glucuronide on gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 and BGC-823. Results： With Scutellarin-7-o-glucuronide concentration of hng/mL, the inhibitory proportion on SGC-7901 was 47.7%, MTT results showed that there was a dose-dependence and time-dependence manner with Scutellarin-7-o-glucuronide inhibitory, effect on SGC-7901 cell line. And there was no inhibitory effect observed on BGC-823 cell line with Scutellarin-7-o-glucuronide concentration of 1 mg/mL. Conclusion： Scutellarin-7-o-glucuronide at concentration of I mg/mL exhibited anti-tumor activity on SGC-791 gastrie cancer cell and no anti-tumor activity on BGC-823 cell line.
