研究古尼拟青霉对心血管的作用,实验结果表明:本品(4 g/kg、2 g/kg H)能明显延长常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间;对抗异丙肾上腺素增加心肌耗氧量作用;能使正常大鼠心率减慢及血压下降;并能对抗麦角新碱及去甲肾上腺素引起离体兔胸主动脉收缩。结果提示古尼拟青霉有降低心肌耗氧量作用。
研究古尼擬青黴對心血管的作用,實驗結果錶明:本品(4 g/kg、2 g/kg H)能明顯延長常壓缺氧小鼠的存活時間;對抗異丙腎上腺素增加心肌耗氧量作用;能使正常大鼠心率減慢及血壓下降;併能對抗麥角新堿及去甲腎上腺素引起離體兔胸主動脈收縮。結果提示古尼擬青黴有降低心肌耗氧量作用。
연구고니의청매대심혈관적작용,실험결과표명:본품(4 g/kg、2 g/kg H)능명현연장상압결양소서적존활시간;대항이병신상선소증가심기모양량작용;능사정상대서심솔감만급혈압하강;병능대항맥각신감급거갑신상선소인기리체토흉주동맥수축。결과제시고니의청매유강저심기모양량작용。
The experiments showed that as application of Paecilomyces gunnii(4 g/kg,2 g/kg H), the survival time of mice under hypoxia at normal pressure was prolonged. After medication of it however increased oxygen consumption induced by isoproterenol in mice could be reversed. Paecilomyces gunnii(0.1 g/kg, 0.05 g/kg iv)caused a low blood pressure and reduced heart rate of rats. Otherwise, it antagonized constriction of thoracal aorta rings of rabbit resulting from ergometrine and norepinephrine in vitro. These results suggested that Paecilomyces gunnii could decrease oxygen consumption.
