以电镍钴渣为原料,探讨了影响钴渣还原酸溶过程钴溶出率的因素。试验结果表明,在 SO2的量为8 L/h、浸出时间为120 min、浸出温度为85℃及液固比为4∶1的条件下,沉钴渣中钴溶出率可达到96.83%,具有较好的溶出效果。
以電鎳鈷渣為原料,探討瞭影響鈷渣還原痠溶過程鈷溶齣率的因素。試驗結果錶明,在 SO2的量為8 L/h、浸齣時間為120 min、浸齣溫度為85℃及液固比為4∶1的條件下,沉鈷渣中鈷溶齣率可達到96.83%,具有較好的溶齣效果。

Using the nickel cobalt slag as the raw material ,the factors affecting the cobalt dissolution rate are researched in the process of cobalt slag reduction of acid soluble .In the conditions of the 8 L /h amount of SO2 , 120 min of leaching time ,85 ℃ of the leaching temperature ,4∶1 ratio of the liquid to solid ,experimen-tal results show that cobalt dissolution rate of cobalt slag can reach 96 .83%, and the dissolution effect is bet-ter .
