分析了电站锅炉排烟余热回收的可行性,解决了烟气低温腐蚀和传热管积灰堵灰的技术问题,在此基础上研制成功了电站锅炉排烟余热回收装置.该装置在上海外高桥第三发电厂2台1 000 MW超临界火电机组上投入使用,运行效果良好.
分析瞭電站鍋爐排煙餘熱迴收的可行性,解決瞭煙氣低溫腐蝕和傳熱管積灰堵灰的技術問題,在此基礎上研製成功瞭電站鍋爐排煙餘熱迴收裝置.該裝置在上海外高橋第三髮電廠2檯1 000 MW超臨界火電機組上投入使用,運行效果良好.

The feasibility of heat recovery from the exhaust gas of power boiler was analyzed. The technical problems of flue gas low temperature corrosion and ash fouling on heat transfer tubes were solved. And the heat recovery equipment for exhaust gas of power boiler was successfully developed. The equipment was put into operation in two sets of 1 000 MW supercritical fossil power units in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Third Power Generation Co. , Ltd. , and achieved good operational results.
