以Euro NCAP挥鞭伤动态评估为基础,采用DOE分析手段,得到座椅部分设计参数对挥鞭伤的影响规律.结果表明,随着座椅设计参数的变化,几个损伤评价指标呈非线性变化,而且是互相影响此消彼长.因此,防挥鞭伤安全座椅设计应是一种多目标综合优化设计.

The influence law of some seat design parameters on whiplash injury is revealed by means of DOE analysis based on the Euro NCAP evaluation procedure for whiplash injury.The results show that with the change of seat design parameters,the whiplash injury criteria vary nonlinearly and influence each other with a pattern of 'as one rises the other falls'.Therefore,anti-whiplash seat design should be a multi-objective comprehensive optimization design.
