在一台燃用纯甲醇的电控点燃式发动机上,通过台架试验研究了其常规气体污染物和醛酮类污染物的排放特性.研究结果表明:三效催化器对甲醇发动机的常规污染物和非常规污染物排放均有良好的净化效率,催化器后的常规污染物排放能够满足GB 14762-2002的排放限值;甲醇发动机排放的醛酮类污染物以甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛和丙酮等C_1～C_3污染物为主,而C_3以上的醛酮类化合物占排气中醛酮总量的比例较小;醛酮污染物的比排放量随着发动机负荷的增加先减少后增加,随着转速上升明显增加.

The regulated air pollutants (CO, THC, NO_x) and carbonyl compounds emitted from an electronically controlled engine fueled with methanol were measured on a chassis dynamometer. The results show that the three way catalytic converter (TWC) has a better conversion efficiency for regulated and unregulated air pollutants. The emissions of regulated air pollutants (CO, THC, NO_x) after TWC can reach the limits specified by GB 14762-2002. The C_1～C_3 pollutants of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein and acetone are the main carbonyl compounds emitted from the methanol engine. The specific emission of carbonyl compounds changes from decreasing trend to increasing trend with the increase of engine load, and it increases with the increase of engine speed.
