Titanium foam is a new type of porous light material with low densities, high specific strength and specific modulus, well corrosion resistance and novel biocompatible properties, bio-adhesiveness, and shows wide application in many fields. This paper reviews the preparation technology and application of titanium foam, and analyzes the application foreground and the lack in the preparation technology of titanium foam, so as to improve the property and structure of this material, and make it obtain the better and more applications.
