[目的]研究基于国标法测定氨氮和总氮含量时无氨水的替代用水.[方法]用氨氮快速测定仪分别对一次蒸馏水、新制二次重蒸水、无氨水等多种不同的试验用水内的氨氮含量进行了实测.[结果]新制二次重蒸馏水的氨氮含量(0.80 mg/L)低,接近无氨水中实测的氨氮含量(0.70~0.90 mg/L).运用该试验用水进行实测标样和水样中氨氮和总氮的含量,结果准确,精密度良好,完全能满足实际测定的要求,具有实际应用的价值.[结论]新制二次重蒸馏水可以作为利用国标法测定氨氮和总氮含量时无氨水的替代用水.

[Objective] The research aimed to study the alternatives of non-ammonia water in water quality analysis basis on the national standard method. [Method] Ammonia ISM was used to measure the concentration of ammonia in distilled water, newly prepared double distilled water and non-ammonia water. [Result] The results show that the ammonia concentration in newly prepared double distilled water is relatively low at 0.80 mg/L, and it is close to that of non-ammonia water at 0.70-0.90 mg/L. When this kind of water is used to determine the standard and sample, the accuracy and preciseness all meet the needs. This indicates that this method has its value in practical application. [Conclusion] The newly prepared double distilled water can be used as the alternative water during the analysis of water quality basis on the national standard method.
