为了开发利用无患子资源,对无患子籽油的主要理化特性及脂肪酸组成进行了研究.结果表明:无患子种仁含油量为42.7%,无患子籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量高达86.63%,其中油酸含量为55.68%;无患子籽油的酸值(KOH)为4.33 mg/g,碘值(I)为102.22 g/100 g,是很有开发前景的生物柴油的原料.
為瞭開髮利用無患子資源,對無患子籽油的主要理化特性及脂肪痠組成進行瞭研究.結果錶明:無患子種仁含油量為42.7%,無患子籽油不飽和脂肪痠含量高達86.63%,其中油痠含量為55.68%;無患子籽油的痠值(KOH)為4.33 mg/g,碘值(I)為102.22 g/100 g,是很有開髮前景的生物柴油的原料.

The main physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition of Sapindus mukorossi Gaerth.seed oil were studied. The result showed that the total oil content in seeds of this plant was 42.7%; and the oil was mainly composed of unsaturated fatty acids ( 86.63%) , in which oleic acid content was 55.68%.Acid value and iodine value of the Sapindus mukorossi Gaerth.seed oil were 4.33 mgKOH/g and 102.2 gI/100 g, respectively. Therefore the seed oil of Sapindus mukorossi Gaerth. was a prospective source for the preparation of biodiesel.
