利用核磁共振碳谱、磷谱、氢谱对甘氨酸法合成草甘膦的各阶段反应进行定量跟踪分析, 发现由甲醛引起的副反应是影响草甘膦收率的重要因素之一,证实了羟甲基亚瞵酸、增甘膦、N-甲基草甘膦和亚磷酸是甘氨酸法合成草甘膦的主要副产物,减少或抑制其生成是草甘膦合成工艺优化的关键.探讨了抑制副反应发生的条件,对甘氨酸法合成草甘膦工艺优化有重要的理论指导意义.
利用覈磁共振碳譜、燐譜、氫譜對甘氨痠法閤成草甘膦的各階段反應進行定量跟蹤分析, 髮現由甲醛引起的副反應是影響草甘膦收率的重要因素之一,證實瞭羥甲基亞瞵痠、增甘膦、N-甲基草甘膦和亞燐痠是甘氨痠法閤成草甘膦的主要副產物,減少或抑製其生成是草甘膦閤成工藝優化的關鍵.探討瞭抑製副反應髮生的條件,對甘氨痠法閤成草甘膦工藝優化有重要的理論指導意義.

It was found that the side-reactions caused by formaldehyde is an important influence factor in the synthesis of glyphosate started from glycine by analysis with ~(13)C NMR, ~(31)P NMR, and ~1H NMR. Hydroxymethyl phosphonic acid, Polaris, N-(methylation)glyphosate and phosphite were the main by-products and reducing or restraining the generation of them is the crux of optimizing glyphosate technique. Optimizing the technique of synthesizing glyphosate starting from glycine has great significance in theory.
