[目的]研究杜仲叶中总环烯醚萜类化合物的提取工艺,考察提取条件对有效物质含量的影响.[方法]用正交法优选最佳提取条件,用比色法测定其含量.[结果]杜仲叶中总环烯醚萜类化合物的最佳提取条件为:用1∶12同液质量比的85%乙醇作为提取溶剂,于80 ℃热回流提取3次,每次45 min,提取率为0.507%.桃叶珊瑚苷在0.101 6~0.812 8 mg范围内呈良好线性关系,线性方程为:Y=1.073 1X-0.047 4,相关系数r=0.997 0,平均加样回收率为103.18%,RSD为1.94%.[结论]该法操作简便、快捷,适用于杜仲叶中环烯醚萜类化合物的含量测定.

[Objective]The aim was to study the extraction conditions of iridoids from Eucommia ulmoids leaves and investigate effects of extraction condition on effective substance contents. [Method]Orthogonal test was used to optimize the best extraction conditions,and the content of iridoids was determined by colorimetry method. [Result]The optimum extracting factors were 12 times of 85% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for 45 min,for 3 times at 80 ℃. The extraction rate of iridoids was 0.507%. The linear relationship of aucubin was at a range of 0.101 6-0.812 8 mg,the linear equation was:Y=1.073 1X-0.047 4,r=0.997 0. The average recovery was 103.18% with RSD 1.94%. [Conclusion]The method is simple and convenient,which could be used for content determination of iridoids in E. ulmoids leaves.
