提出一种改进的免疫遗传算法(IGA)并用于波阻抗反演.IGA设计了基于抗体激励度和抗体浓度的免疫选择算子及加速全局收敛的非一致性变异算子,提出了抗体规模自适应调整机制,IGA能够改善传统非线性反演方法易早熟和局部收敛等弊端.通过理论模型试算表明,IGA具有较高的反演精度和反演效率;阳泉二矿实际资料反演所得剖面的纵向分辨率明显高于实际地震剖面,弱反射波的连续性和可检测性明显提高,表明改进的免疫遗传算法适用于煤炭地震波阻抗反演.

This paper proposed an improved immune genetic algorithm(IGA)and applied into wave impedance inversion. Defined an immune selection operator based on antibody inspirit and chroma and proposed non-consistent variation operator to accelerate global convergence. In IGA adjusted antibody size self-adaptively. The IGA was able to improve the problems of premature and local convergence in traditional nonlinear inversion methods. It is shown by theoretical model that IGA has high-precision and high-efficiency in wave impedance inversion. It is shown by practical data of Yangquan that the resolution of the inverted section is obviously higher than the seismic section and improves the continuity and detection capability of weak reflection. The improved IGA can be used in coal mine wave impedance inversion.
