目的 为临床开展后巩膜加固术选择稳定、有效的手术方式,对常见的两种手术方法(单条带固定和改良式)行动物实验研究.方法 对10只新西兰兔按眼别分为两组,每只兔右眼行改良后巩膜加固术(插片组);左眼行单条带后巩膜加固术(固定组).以同种异体巩膜为植入材料,同时观察比较不同植片面(视网膜面和结膜面)与受体巩膜生长融合的情况,分别于术后3、6、12周取标本,行肉眼观察及病理组织检查.结果 10例行固定法的兔眼标本其植片与受体巩膜均贴附紧密.10例行插片法的兔眼标本只有1眼的植片与受体巩膜贴附较好,其余9眼均有不同程度的松动、溶解吸收,而其中2眼的植片几乎完全溶解吸收,肉眼不可分辨.病理组织切片结果:插片组植片结构6周后玻璃样性严重,巩膜纤维破坏明显重于固定组.结论 固定法有利于植片与受体巩膜的生长融合,不同的植片面对融合无明显的影响.

목적 위림상개전후공막가고술선택은정、유효적수술방식,대상견적량충수술방법(단조대고정화개량식)행동물실험연구.방법 대10지신서란토안안별분위량조,매지토우안행개량후공막가고술(삽편조);좌안행단조대후공막가고술(고정조).이동충이체공막위식입재료,동시관찰비교불동식편면(시망막면화결막면)여수체공막생장융합적정황,분별우술후3、6、12주취표본,행육안관찰급병리조직검사.결과 10례행고정법적토안표본기식편여수체공막균첩부긴밀.10례행삽편법적토안표본지유1안적식편여수체공막첩부교호,기여9안균유불동정도적송동、용해흡수,이기중2안적식편궤호완전용해흡수,육안불가분변.병리조직절편결과:삽편조식편결구6주후파리양성엄중,공막섬유파배명현중우고정조.결론 고정법유리우식편여수체공막적생장융합,불동적식편면대융합무명현적영향.
Objective to select an ideal operative method for the treatment of high myopia,we had an comparative study in rabbits on two different scleral reinforcement surgery.Methods 10 New Zealand rabbits were divided into 2 groups.ALL rabbit underwent one type of scleral reinforement in right eyes with rabbit sclera and underwent the other type of scleral reinforcement in left eyes.The specimens were harvested at 3,6,12 weeks postoperatively and studied by gross examination and tight microscopy.Results From the gross examination and light microscopy we found that the implant which was sutured on the globe healed with host sclera entirely.The implant which wasn't sutured on the globe dissolved and destroyed partly.Conclusion Suturing the implant on the globe is an ideal method for scleral reinforcement surgery.
