目的 分析口服特比萘芬联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏对手足癣方法的治疗效果.方法 对比分析两组患者总体疗效、真菌结果及治疗满意度、对治疗费用接受度及不良反应情况.结果 停药时治疗组总体疗效与对照组比较差异无显著性(z=1.230,P=0.0218),但治疗组在停药1 M较停药时有显著提高(z=2.084,P=0.038),而对照组较停药时无显著变化;治疗组患者治疗满意度显著高于对照组(z==2.094,P=0.036),而两组对于治疗费用的接受度、不良反应发生情况差异均无显著性.结论 口服特比萘芬联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏对治疗手足癣安全、有效.

Objective To explore the efficacy of oral terbinnafine combined with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream in the treatment of tinea manus and tinea pedis. Methods The efficacy, fungus eradication, treatment satisfaction, acceptance of medical costs, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the study group and the control group. Results The efficacy did not differ significantly between the two groups at cessation of medication(z = 1.230, P= 0.218)but was markedly greater in the study group one month after cessation(z= 2.084, P= 0.038)while did not change notably in the control group. The treatment satisfaction was markedly higher in the study group than in the control group(z= 2.094, P= 0.036). There were no significant differences in acceptance of medical costs and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusions Oral terbinnafine combined with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream is safe and effective in the treatment of tinea manus and tinea pedis.
