本文结合广西医科大学第九临床医学院临床教学的实践,论述了临床教师教学中的不足及如何提高临床教师教学能力的问题.通过教师与学生、医疗与教学的互动,临床教师的教学意识得到提高,医学知识得到了充实和更新.医院的教学工作有效地促进了整体医疗水平和服务质量的提高,实现了教学、医疗共同进步的"双赢"局面,教师自身的教学能力得到了全面的提高.

The objective of the paper is to find out effective ways for improving teaching ability of clinical in modern medical education. Based on the experience of clinical teaching of The Affiliated Ninth Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, we discuss the problems existed in our teaching process and how to improve teaching ability of clinical teachers. Through combining the teaching with medical service, the teaching consciousness of clinical teacher has been enhanced. During the teaching process, the clinical teacher enriched and updated medical knowledge, became the excellent personnel in the hospital. Through teaching practice professional education of the clinical teacher has been enhanced, consummate evaluating system for education quality has been established, both medical treatment and teaching has been emphasised, and finally all the clinical teachers' teaching ability have been improved.
