催化柴油量较少的混合柴油加氢精制装置,反应热较小,反应温升较低。对于柴油加氢精制装置的设计,当反应温升低于45℃,选择重沸炉方案更为合适。与蒸汽气体方案相比,重沸炉方案具有适应性强,操作灵活,产品质量好,降低投资且能耗指标增加不多的特点。

When reaction temperature rising is below 45 ℃, reboiler scheme is better choice.
