[目的]建立脑宁片中氨基比林和咖啡因的系数倍率测定法.[方法]用BASIC语言编制程序选择最佳测定波长对,以消除二组分的相互干扰,不经提取分离同时测定脑宁片中二组分的含量.[结果]氨基比林和咖啡因的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为98.58%,0.79%和101.3%,0.86%.[结论]该方法简便、快速、结果准确,可用于脑宁片的含量测定.
[目的]建立腦寧片中氨基比林和咖啡因的繫數倍率測定法.[方法]用BASIC語言編製程序選擇最佳測定波長對,以消除二組分的相互榦擾,不經提取分離同時測定腦寧片中二組分的含量.[結果]氨基比林和咖啡因的平均迴收率和相對標準偏差分彆為98.58%,0.79%和101.3%,0.86%.[結論]該方法簡便、快速、結果準確,可用于腦寧片的含量測定.

[Objective]To establish coefficient multiplying ratio spectrophotometry for determination of pyramidon and caffeine in naoning tablet.[Methods]To eliminate interference of ingredients,the program was edited by BASIC for the best wavelength pair,pyramidon and caffeine in naoning tablet were determined without any preliminary separation.[Results]The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of pyramidon and caffeine were 98.58%,0.79% and 101.3%,0.86%,respectively. [Conclusion]The method was simple,rapid,accurate and precise,which can be used for determination of naoning tablet.
